Our stay was marred by several issues. The bathroom in our Standard Double Room had visible signs of wear and tear, which was disappointing. Additionally, finding parking was difficult, as there were no spaces available when we arrived, necessitating an inconvenient street parking situation. Although staff were attentive, the overall cleanliness and condition of our room left something to be desired.

No warmth in the breakfast, only cold cuts and no hot options like eggs or bacon, which proved disappointing. During the stay, their on-site restaurant and bar were completely closed, limiting dining options and forcing guests to rely on delivery services for meals.

stayed at alex for 2 nights and really enjoyed it! loved the tight but functional elevator and the nice breakfast with yogurt, cold cuts, and great coffee. the helpful staff provided awesome tips for exploring the area, plus, the tram station is just a short walk away!
